We are a small, independent cider producer rooted in the Welsh countryside.

Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Withdraw products

  • Substitute where necessary (with appropriate communication)

We take care to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but natural products (such as cider) may vary slightly between batches.

Pricing

We are committed to fair and transparent pricing.

  • All prices are clearly displayed

  • Prices include VAT where applicable

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout

Prices may vary between:

  • Events or pop-ups (due to additional costs)

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and issue refunds where necessary.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders where necessary

  • Cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected misuse

Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.

Delivery

Delivery is available within the UK.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days

Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Risk and Responsibility

Responsibility for goods passes to the customer upon delivery (or when left in a safe place at the customer’s request).

Issues with Delivery

If items are damaged or missing:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours

  • Evidence (such as photographs) may be required

  • We will assess and resolve issues fairly.

Age-Restricted Products (Alcohol)

We operate in full compliance with UK licensing law.

  • You must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol

  • By ordering, you confirm that you are over 18

  • ID may be required on delivery

  • We operate a Challenge 25 policy, meaning anyone who appears under 25 may be asked for ID.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse sale

  • Refuse delivery

Where age cannot be verified or legal requirements are not met.

Responsible Consumption

We promote responsible enjoyment of alcohol.

We will not:

  • Encourage excessive drinking

  • Market alcohol to individuals under 18

  • Associate alcohol with unsafe or inappropriate behaviour

Events, Farm Visits, and Shop

We operate working farm and event environments, and some areas may involve:

  • Uneven ground

  • Machinery or equipment

  • Busy public spaces

Visitors attend at their own risk where hazards are clearly communicated.

We aim to remove barriers where reasonably practicable

We provide clear information to help visitors plan their visit

Some areas may have limitations due to the nature of a rural site
