We've combined our soft shea base with pure lime and lemongrass essential oils! The lime softens skin and has fantastic anti-aging benefits, and reduces the appearance of dark spots, etc. Lemongrass has been used heavily in aromotherapy from as early as 1905, making it a relative herbal newcomer! It has been found to be a key herb for calming the senses - according to a 2011 study published in Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine, the eugenol that’s in lemongrass oil impacts neurotransmitter serotonin and blood-platelet action. Both of these cause headaches. It also combats bacteria and eases inflammation.
